Why did I make Tattoo Agent?

Because my sister — and Tattoo artists like her — deserve more.

I watched my sister, a talented tattoo artist, spend hours chasing deposits, answering messages at midnight, and stressing over scheduling and taxes. She loved tattooing, but the business side was stealing her time and energy.

As an engineer, I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I built Tattoo Agent — to make running the business side simpler, faster, and less overwhelming. It started with one artist, but my goal is to help artists everywhere get more time back for themselves, their craft, and their life.

2. Do I need any technical skills to use this platform?

Not at all! Our platform is designed to be intuitive and easy to use for everyone, whether you’re a marketing expert or just starting out. We provide a simple drag-and-drop interface, pre-built templates, and step-by-step guides to help you get started without coding knowledge. I will also have videos available for anything you might need to do. Also if you are ever stuck please feel free to contact us.

3. Can I integrate this with other tools I’m already using?

Absolutely! We support a wide range of integrations for many different tools like Google Analytics, google calendar, stripe, etc, and more. You can easily connect your favorite tools and manage everything from a single dashboard.

4. How secure is my data on your platform?

We take security very seriously. Our platform is fully encrypted and follows the latest security protocols to keep your data safe. Your data is protected with the same standards used by major businesses around the world.

5. Is there a free trial available?

No unfortunately. Due to the high labor to set up your website and account we cannot offer free trials. However you can cancel or upgrade at any time.

6. What kind of customer support do you offer?

We provide solid customer support through live chat, email, and phone support. Our dedicated team is always ready to assist you with any technical issues, on-boarding, or strategic guidance to help you get the most out of our platform.

7. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without any hidden fees. We offer flexible plans that allow you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel as needed. Your data will also remain created for a limited period after cancellation, should you decide to return.

8. How soon can I start seeing results?

This is a big change, switching everything to our system so it might take a few days to get used to. But during our on-boarding we will show you how to manage and utilize the platform and have videos to try to help you optimize your performance quickly. You will notice results as soon as your account is live. Watch your free time increase now that you don't need to manage all those back and forths for scheduling, cancellations, reschedules, design change requests. Watch your chaos vanish as your schedule is neatly and cleanly managed automatically and easily available. See your posts get quicker being able to post from one location rather than different platforms. And so much more

9. Is there a setup fee?

There is a setup fee of $500 and an additional $100/hour for every hour over 6 it takes to setup your platform.

10. How Do I set this Up?

Once you sign up we will send you an email with a list of the necessary information you will need to collect and have ready for our on-boarding call. You can schedule an on-boarding call with us once you are ready with all of the necessary information. This can include but is not limited to (images for the website, images of your work for the gallery and site, log-ins for social media, Brand colors, etc).
